HOW WE WORK (WITH YOU)

At our core, we believe good design begins with a conversation. Our process incorporates customer input and creativity to solve problems in the customer’s world. With projects ranging from multi-phase environmental branding projects to digital experiences, we curate our approach to design to create the most appropriate solution for all projects, large and small.

THE PROCESS

Our process begins with understanding your goals, your brand, and the environment we’re designing for. Each phase—from project kickoff to design development—is shaped by close collaboration, ensuring that every solution reflects your identity and supports the intended experience. We tailor our approach to align with the scale and needs of your space, creating purposeful, engaging design systems that last.

1 | PROJECT KICK OFF

We assess design needs, goals, deliverables, and budget.

Our ask:

Brand guidelines, assets, inspiration, architectural drawings
2 | CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT

We explore and present creative ideas & inspiration for all scope items.

We'll share with you:

Mood board, scope input, examples
3 | DESIGN DEVELOPMENT

After concepts are set, we dive into design and start to wrap our arms around a budget.

We’ll share with you:

First design drafts, often with a few options

Can we please:

Visit your space, capture site details
4 | EDITS & SPECIFICATIONS

Feedback is reviewed, designs are value engineered if necessary, and revisions are submitted.

We encourage:

Open and honest feedback, careful proof-reading

Let’s discuss:

Hard copy samples, final budgets, material options
5 | DESIGN FINALIZATION

Final design deck is provided, and art is prepared for production/delivery.

Next steps:

Share approved design deck with all parties and provide a detailed installation guide.
6 | PRODUCTION (OPTIONAL)

For graphics intended to be installed and/or printed, files are delivered to the production team.

What we’re doing:

Let ‘er RIP! We’ll be color matching, printing, laminating, cutting, weeding, masking, painting, drilling, engraving, framing, mounting, sewing, welding, sanding, sawing, aaaaand installing. PHEW! We are TIRED.
