Junior Council
For over thirty years, the Junior Council has supported the Pediatric & Adolescent HIV/AIDS Program at Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago.
In 2018, Cushing had the opportunity to support this local association.
Junior Council supports the Pediatric & Adolescent HIV/AIDS Program at Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago. Established in 1988 by Dr. Ram Yogev and Dr. Ellen Chadwick, the program cares for more children and adolescents than any other pediatric HIV service in the region. Their mission is to support the program and ensure all children with HIV/AIDS, regardless of their ability to pay, have access to high quality pediatric healthcare.

Bring Us to The Ball
In 2018, Cushing supported the 30th annual Snowball, the Junior Council’s annual black tie gala. the origin of this collaboration started in the summer of 2017. The special events committee reached out to Cushing for assistance with a step & repeat banner stand. Conversations snowballed, if you will, and members of the Cushing team had the opportunity to attend this year!
