Tag, You're It!

Whether you’re a marketer, event planner, salesperson or just have an event coming up, name tags come in handy.

Networking events, trade shows, open houses and conferences … you name it … are all occasions where it is essential to have name badge on hand, ready and waiting for your guests.

“Our annual assembly event brings together up to 50 artists from across the country to meet one another for the first time, and we needed to create a welcoming atmosphere inside the constraints of an off-site location. Cushing helped us create unique materials that looked amazing, were easy to transport, and within budget. Not only was the team quick and responsive, they made it so we never had to settle for anything less than our ideal vision for quality program books, banner stands, and lanyards. We couldn't be more pleased with how everything turned out.”

Why Do You Need Name Tags?

Events can be stressful if you don’t know many people. Remember, you may know everyone in the room, but your guests may be meeting multiple people at a time.

Name tags make your guests feel comfortable.

Their minds will be at ease, knowing they won’t slip and forget somebody’s name.

“If you're looking for anything printed - as big as event signage or as small as an event badge - start a quick conversation with these guys. They did all the printing for our event and it was the smoothest process imaginable. They're absolute pros.”

Tag Your Friends

Name tags can have a number of images printed on them, and can be as unique as you’d like them to be. Of course, you’ll want to include your guests’ names, but you may also want to include their company names, your logo, or sponsors’ logos as well.

Adhesive Name Tags

We have a few different options when it comes to adhesive name tags. Our favorites are made out of a vinyl material stays on for hours at a time. The only drawback is we can’t print custom sizes with this material. These name tags come 2.33 W x 3.375 T. Download the template and design your own here, then send us your file and we’ll do the rest! Need name tags at a different size? Custom adhesive name badges can be printed to sticker paper & cut down to your desired size.

Don’t have much design experience? Don’t worry! A member of the Cushing team can help with your name tags.

Badge of Honor

Adhesive name tags may not be ideal for every event. Conferences can last days, creating a need for durable name badges that last more than a few hours. Printing name badges and hanging on lanyards is the perfect solution for long-term use. Try printing to a thick cover stock for maximum durability. Name badges can then be laminated or UV coated for further protection (bending & spilling by your attendees is more common than you think!).

Supply your lanyards or let us source for you – we want to make it as seamless as possible!
