What motivates you to go to work each day?

What motivates me to go to work each day is the importance of getting 1 percent better each day in my skillset, putting smiles on people's faces, and building strong habits that will benefit me and the people around me in the future.

Most interesting or funniest thing that’s happened since you’ve been at Cushing?

The funniest thing working at Cushing thus far is getting some of my coworkers to mimic some of my strange quirks that I’ve been doing since I was young such as flicking their wrist when acknowledging something or greeting each other.
